The staff were very friendly and helpful. A refreshing change compared to other stores.
Was hung up on the first time I called to get an ETA for an online order. The second time, the person who answered was very impatient and made it clear that they had more important things to be doing. Customer service is seemingly not a priority at this store.
Excellent customer service... from making choices... with expert advice... to receiving our order with prompt professionalism... thankyou guys ...
