I bought a new saltwater chlorinator from Clark Rubber Shellharbour a month ago and paid for them to install it. The water has still not come clean after 1 month so I feel the chlorinator has never worked. They tested the water last week and zero chlorine. They then came and inspected the unit and they agreed it was not working. They said I need to resolve this with Fluidra and they lodged the warranty claim. I was then told by fluidra it would take at least 2-3 weeks to get it looked at. Meanwhile my pool is green and full ... read more
