I bought a new saltwater chlorinator from Clark Rubber Shellharbour a month ago and paid for them to install it. The water has still not come clean after 1 month so I feel the chlorinator has never worked. They tested the water last week and zero chlorine. They then came and inspected the unit and they agreed it was not working. They said I need to resolve this with Fluidra and they lodged the warranty claim. Went in to buy some shockcord. Walked to counter with roll to get cut. Old guy hates customers apparently as he looked at me, plonked his phone,glasses and pen down, huffed and grumbled his way to where it was cut like serving a paying customer is an inconvenience. Mate, don't like your job, retire or get another!!!
