Very unhelpful staff. Went to get a rubber mat for the Ute and they wouldn’t cut it to size . Did not give a reason why. Went to Bunnings and got it cut to size in 15mins.
I wanted two shapes cut out of a BRAND NEW piece foam so i emailed clark penrith store. :Quote Regarding your website enquiry, this is perfectly fine. Kind regards, Clark Rubber Penrith. Some weeks later i drive down there especially to get this done, only to be told by the staff member, that if you didn't buy it from us we cant do it, and also for health and safety reasons we can't cut it. What a bunch of clowns.
I ordered an item online, I was sent a pick up confirmation within 24 hours (over Christmas) arrived at the store and was happily greeted by two male employees that were loading a van, we went in to collect our order and were greeted by a lovely young woman and manager I'd say, both very kind and friendly, I was served and out of the store within minutes, although there are negative reviews from years ago, they don't reflect on the staff or store the way it is today. Huge range of quality products that are reasonably priced.
We purchased a pool cleaner and advised the sales consultant it was on Interest Free got told no problem, advised again when it was put through they advised it was put through as requested. When statement came through you guessed not on interest free, contacted the store and the owner not in left details. Called again after 3 days told same owner not in but he has details to call us.
