Not a lot of attention showed to the potential customer, the person on the cash register & help counter should be more pro-active! I did get what I came for but please check your customer service standards!
I needed custom sized matrace for my nissan x trail , their employee helped me took measurements informed me about different foam options and i picked one he cut the exact shape in less than 10 minutes and i was good to go
We have been trying to resolve an issue about a $2700+ pool cleaner with the Nunawading team since August 2024. The team at the store are basically ignoring any communication from us and did the same with the manufacturer of the cleaner. The customer service team within Clark Rubber have also been minimal in their communication. Clark Rubber now have the cleaner with them (have so since early December) and have not communicated with us at all, despite me sending them emails. So, for our $2700+ we have nothing to show. We’ve never used Clark Rubber for our pool needs before today. After having our pool pump installed by Luke from Nunawading we now know who we will contact when necessary. But only if Luke can do the job. It was an absolute delight to meet such a well mannered young adult. Respectful, excellent product knowledge & tackled the job with much care. Thanks again Luke!
