Customer service at Niddrie does not exist! I went there specifically to purchase a 3 step dog stairs when I asked if he could check for stock availability the staff members told me that they only had what was on display. He was very dismissive and unbothered. No charisma or care to help me at all. I rang another store closer to me in Bundoora as the dog stairs I ended up purchasing was not suitable and they told me that Niddrie store had 4 in stock. I recently visited Clark Rubber with my powered wheelchair to get custom foam for my headrest and footpads, and the experience was fantastic! George and Owen in particular were absolutely amazing. They were very patient and accomodating and took the time to explain how everything worked, offering helpful recommendations along the way.
