I had my whole system replaced this week as aged and not functioning properly before finally dying. I was delighted with the knowledge and professionalism including friendliness and respect by Daniel who installed and Dean who assisted me with my decisions ,purchases.. I am EXTREMELY IMPRESSED.
I came in inquiring of a pool cover but because I was after the “cheaper” solar pool cover, (as it’s all I can afford), the senior staff member spoke to me extremely rude. But he spoke very rudely not only to me but also to the young lad working there, who was asking him a question about the cover on my behalf. He was that abrupt that it even shocked another customer Very poor customer service
Clark rubber modbury has literally the best service in. Adelaide highly recommend them for all your pool needs and services the guys are lovely
Absolutely rubbish customer service. I bought a product from them, I didn't use it, I even had the receipt and wanted to return within a week but staff at clark rubber said they won't take it back. Absolute pathetic on there part
