Just went in to Clark rubber kotara. They advised me that they only have pool servicing knowledge and that no one in there has any more than a few years experience. Though the people with experience are not in today. They had no idea what a hydrostatic valve is. This worries me that these people are giving pool knowledge and service to customers. I could not recommend this store to anyone needing more than chemical knowledge. Even then, I wouldn’t trust it. You would think a pool shop would know a bit more about pools. Also ... read more

I asked for 2 cushions to be cut from foam. Paid in advance $220. I rang back BEFORE it was cut and ask for a slight change. The Manager got on the phone abusive saying I should have known the size exactly and it was going to cost another $20. I said ok I will pay now over the phone and he said he won't take it over the phone and would have to drive from Nelson Bay to Kotara ( 1 hour) and pay in person before the foam would be cut. Ordered some cut foam and very poor service upon collection. Wife could not load large foam into car and there was no way they would help load into car. In fact quite rude about it all. I recommend go somewhere other than this shop
