Went to Clark Rubber to buy some foam for lounge cushions, and Jaxon could not have been more helpful! Showed us exactly what we needed, answered all our questions and was so friendly! Amazing staff and selection! No air conditioning in the store which is quite insane given the hot days it feels like a sauna inside. 🥵🥵🥵 Take care of your employees please!!!!
Clark Rubber Kent Town sent out a pool technician today, as I was having trouble with my pool pump and filter (low water pressure). The Tech was attentive and listened to my concerns, he did some troubleshooting and quickly identified the problem, tightened all the pump and filter connections and o-rings, pump and filter working perfectly. I have had varied experiences here. I purchased an entirely crap Kreepy Krawly from one assistant 18months ago. They assured me Kreepy Krawlys are very reliable and effective. I very quickly had to return to seek further advice and purchase replacement parts for the terrible Kreepy Krawly. It was then that I was informed by a more experienced staff member that Kreepy Krawlys an are infact “an awful brand and awful product”. Which I now entirely agree with.
