Incredibly helpful, excellent service. Highly recommend. The team are so helpful, explaining things thoroughly. Water testing is precise, results print outs are easy to read and understand. The staff are consistently helpful and informative, they ensure I manage the pool chemistry. When buying equipment etc they explain pros and cons without pushing for the sale. Follow up service has been above and beyond. I’ve had really lacklustre service and misleading info from another local pool shop and am so glad I’ve changed.

From the moment we stepped into the Belmont store to walking out with our goods the service and product knowledge of the staff could not have been better. Highly recommend and so nice to have welcoming and caring customer service. We will be back.
