Rang the store and asked if we could buy an item if we get there at 5pm and we were on the way and lady shut the doors when she seen us pull up at 15 seconds till 5pm . I understand the closing time but could have had a bit of compassion.
Needed to redo some lounge seating foam. What great service and advice from the guy who served us. He acknowledged our presence went we entered even though he was busy. Friendly, quick service and cut the foam to size in no time at all. Highly recommend this store and the people who work there.
The store has a wide range of rubber products to meet the needs of most people. They also provide cut to size products for special situations. The service was exceptional. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went to great lengths to cater to your needs. Thank you for a great experience.
I am beyond frustrated with Clark Service. After requesting a cleaning for my green pool, they came out, did only a balance test, and left without actually addressing the pool’s cleanliness. My pool was still green, and to make matters worse, there was no follow-up or communication afterward. When I tried to reach out, I was met with zero response, and to top it off, the manager I spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful.
