When you walk into a store you expect the sales staff to get off their phone when they are on a personal call. 10 minutes I was in there as I needed assistance to cut some rubber strip, then the guy walked past me, with no acknowledgement and kept talking while I waited another 5 minutes.. Then a lady came out and served someone else.. Thanks for wasting my lunch time..
