I wish I could give 0 stars. Don’t waste your time! The staff are absolutely useless and couldn’t care less. Online and on the door says opens from 9am on Saturdays - turns out they don’t open until 10am (good thing I’m a mind reader). We wanted to order customs cushions for our van and the guy had no idea what he was talking about. It would’ve been more helpful talking to a brick wall.
Ordered a foam single bed mattress to be delivered from Erina to Woy Woy for a delivery charge of $100, one week ago, and it is still 'on its way'. Is the driver detouring via Brisbane? Absolutely unacceptable Clark Rubber.
Great place, great staff, always a good experience there.
