Came in this morning to replace two couch cushions for my 5 year old couch that has started to show wear and tear. I was helped by a young Aussie bloke Jacob. You really couldn’t ask for a nicer young man to help you out. Jacob is very approachable, knowledgeable and super helpful. 10/10 customer service! I was fortunate that they were able to cut my foam and padding within an hour there with the communication being spot on - I was informed could be little longer if they had customers to serve which is totally reasonable. Friendly and helpful staff. Good range of products. We bought a custom size mattress. Staff show me all the options and samples to choose the right one. The owner also offered delivery to our place on public holiday.
