Very poor service. Two staff working, one was stacking shelves and the other standing at the counter. We were greeted when we walked in and told where the item should be located that we were looking for. After not locating it I asked if the item was in stock - the girl at the counter said that they should be but didn't bother leaving the counter to come and check that we were looking in the right (there was no ticket on the shelf to confirm that was where the item was supposed to be).
