Dropped in to have a look at pool cleaners. The owner, Manoj, greated us with a smile and a warm welcome. I asked about pool cleaners and he asked about the size and type of our pool. He then showed us a couple of models that would suit our needs. I asked about some spare parts for our current cleaner and he happily looked them up and found what I needed.
