Zach was a very friendly young man he knew about the store. the store was looking very tidy and morden, when before I was in the store is was messy. But going back to Zach he was great at telling me what I needed and how to use the chlorine in the proper amount. I'm 86 years old and to have that assistants really helped with managing my pool at home. Hope to see more of this service in the future

When everything is fine, this store seems great—friendly staff, smiles all around. But the moment you need post-sales support, it’s a different story. We bought a pool robot that stopped working just five weeks after purchase. When we visited the store for help, we were told the manager was on leave and advised to deal with the manufacturer ourselves.
