Rude and no help
Experienced the most disgraceful customer service today at the capalaba store. Approached the foam cutting area and a blond haired sales assistant (lady) was opening some stock. When I asked if she was able to help me, her response was (quote) “what do you want” in an abrupt tone, when letting her know what I was needing I asked for recommendations for what thickness of foam would best suit (quiet simple request about foam to top a built in bench seating in a kitchen) , I was met with scoffing, eye rolling, continued abrupt ... read more

Terrible service. Would only accept cash payments as it was close to 5pm. Reticently helped as she grunted disapprovingly at me. Wouldn't let me buy the product because I didn't have cash. Got an alternative product at Bunnings for half the cost.
