Shocking service. Never return phone calls, after calling numerous times. Called Hervey Bay store and had our enquiry organised within 5 minutes on the phone. You’ve missed out on $1200 sale, plus ongoing sales. I’ll continue to purchase from CR in Hervey Bay in the future.
Shocking service, very rude woman serving, She appeared to have a bad attitude from the get go, I gave her the benefit of the doubt, but she didn’t improve. If I could I would rate the service a minus 10. I refuse to step into that store again.
Our pool has oscillated between cloudy and green all summer. Our usual pool shop just kept selling us a variety of chemicals with no improvement. We went in to Clark Rubber last weekend and have been in several times since. Staff have been knowledgeable and worked with us to resolve the issues with our pool. The pool is looking better than it has all year! Thanks to the team at Clark Rubber I can actually start to enjoy the pool again rather than think about filling it in.
Well if I could give a lower rating than one star I certainly would. I have NEVER experienced such disgusting service and attitude in a store in my life. I seriously don’t know how this business is still operating. Beyond appalling. I’ll certainly be recommending to anyone I know to not ever go there.
