I purchased a 10ft Prism Frame Pool from the Browns Plains store. When installing the filter, the instructions were confusing, so I returned to the store for assistance. I was served by a female staff member around 1pm. At first she seemed helpful, but as the conversation went on it became clear she had very little understanding of the product. We deeply regret putting our trust in your company and services. Since the installation of the new pool filter, we have experienced ongoing issues, including repeated water leaks. Very disappointing experience. We were told our entire pool filter needed replacing after showing photos and videos, and were advised the lid could not be purchased separately. We paid upfront for a new sand filter and installation. The technician failed to attend multiple times with no communication, despite me taking time off work. When he finally came and installed the filter, the pump was left not working. Calls and messages to both the store and the technician were ignored, and as of 9/2 we still have had no response. Ordered a new robotic cleaner online, dropped by the store on the way home to see if it was ready to go. Jason was very helpful with everything from getting the product ready from his long list of online orders, to giving me advice about the product and even putting it in the car for me. Great service.
