We moved into a house in Broome in January. We have paid for a new pool pump almost 5 weeks ago and was told that it should be max two weeks until we are swimming in our pool after the green recovery process. It’s been a month and the pool was flocced only last week and only after we called to ask what was going on. We were told that someone would be out to vacuum and waste the floc and it will be fixed by next week but no one came and we now have had floc chemicals in the pool for 5 days, I imagine 6 or 7 days until someone... read more
In house staff are fantastic but unfortunately the waranty and repair aspects have gone down hill rapidly over the last 12-18 months. I sent my pool cleaner (maytronics) to get repaired. They ignored the main symptoms, replaced a few mechanical components, sent it back to me with the same issues. I took it back in for them to have another look, then it was sent to Perth without consultation, then sent to a second repair shop. Guys please stop sending me an invoice for checks that were never done to to my pool set-up, we have discussed and you agreed that your man lied on his check sheet, this is the 5th month you have sent this invoice to me ,after the owner called and discussed with me last month if you send it to me again I'm going to leave you a bad review.
