I had a disappointing experience at this store due to the manager's poor customer service skills. After being treated rudely, I waited over 15 minutes for assistance, despite the store being quiet. I ultimately took my business else where.

I wanted to use the custom cushion design service that Clark advertise as being simple and straightforward. I visited on Thursday and was told if I didn't mind waiting for 5 minutes there was someone who could help me. I waited for 20 minutes without further acknowledgement or interaction. One person seemed to be busy cutting foam for another customer, the store 'manager' seemed to be busy doing not much at all. I left and said I would come back the next day. Great experience. Had a faulty product and Jason the manager arranged for me to collect new one in a different state close to home. Legends.
