Had the pleasure of dealing with Maddison to make foam inserts into boxes for some very valuable crane components. Her creativity and attention to detail was nothing short of first class. Thankyou Maddison for assisting me with protecting this equipment and I would highly recommend going to the Balcatta store to sort any of this type of work out.
Madison was fantastic, we had some bespoke bench seat cushions made and she helped through the entire process and was incredibly flexible. And they look fab!
I had a great experience at Clark Rubber Balcatta. My lounge cushions were sagging and the team directed me to the best foam to insert into the covers to give my couch a new life. They had me bring all six large cushions in, measured and then cut the foam, before fitting it into the cushion covers and loading them to my car - I was expecting to have to fit it myself so it was a lovely surprise. Terrible service ! Bought a pool filled it only to see leaking as it was new year shop closed . Didn’t want to waste 1000 litres of water so kids used it . I called shop to let them know , first response “no worries we will swap over . Well they didn’t we had to wait for manager to get approval of a higher manager and wait another week . Then when swapping over only the pool not the filter or hose . When arriving home realised the plugs where in the pool attached so they will d’état h and give the used ones back ! Been in the shop a few times over the last 2 weeks and after today I had to write a review! It’s been very clear that the girls are friendly and very helpful whilst the younger boys didn’t seem to care or have any idea / brains to them! One of them rode a trolly jack like a scooter down the middle of the shop which is dangerous and irresponsible of them, I’m glad it didn’t hit me or others!
