The staff are helpful, I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed for my little project, a quick chat & they gave me a couple of options, got home continued with my project & the product they supplied worked out really well .
I recently visited the Balcatta store and was extremely impressed by the staff support, knowledge and friendliness. I was made to feel welcome on each visit and the staff took a real interest in my project. I'm not sure I have ever had such amazing service. Thank you very much. Tony and Tommy
