Asked staff for the right chlorine tablets for our Intek pool. Paid $45 for them and when we got home, and put one in the dispenser, it disappeared in 24hrs and the water was cloudy with white floaters. Thinking user error, after waiting for the levels to drop, we tried again with same result. Great clouds of chlorine and milky water. We went to the shop and ‘soz’ that’s the one to chlorine shock the pool. They refused to refund, refused to offer a discount, refused any make good at all for their wrong advice. Clark rubber won’t change the pool we bought with a leak on the side,we just put the water in it and it had a leak,I won’t buy from there anymore, if I knew that Bunnings had pools there I would of bought it there.
