One of the worst customer service and phone help. Only use if it’s the very last resort.
Great space. Clean and easy to get to any time of day. They are very fair. Priced well. Always promptly respond to any questions. Deposit refund issued within a day. Highly recommend.
One hour after booking with these guys I received word from my realtor that the buyers backed out of the contract on my house. I called and emailed this company to cancel. After three days of no response, I did that again. Still, no response. I suspect these guys have a strictly online model and have hired far too few employees to handle their customer service needs. After having an absolutely AWFUL experience with another storage company in Barre, I couldn’t believe what a wonderful experience renting from Airport Road Storage has been. Wonderful, clean units, reasonable prices, fantastic customer service. Owners are helpful and responsive, and go out of their way to make you feel like a valued customer. Highly recommend!
This storage facility is very clean & prompt & professional in all of their email correspondence. I recommend them highly.
