Between lack of central air, mold, the entire house being wired on ONE breaker and management not willing to deal with issues until you withhold rent is insane. Maintenance guy smashed a window in the front of my rental home when I first moved in when he was cutting the grass. It took them weeks to get the right piece of glass, since even though the maintenance guy measured, he brought a piece of glass out at first that was almost comically too large.
