dealt with these guys since 2014 and they installed a new tub for me at that time. Over the years, they have been great in helping me with the various repairs, replacement parts required, and they always respond quickly, show up when they say they will and communicate well. Chris is fabulous in diagnosing and doing the repairs.....cant recommend them more highly as they have kept this hot tub in great shape for me all these years, while at same time i have always followed the proper cleaning and chemical procedures.
I have a chalet in The Blue Mountains, I needed a few things done to tune up my Hot Tub. These guys were great. They keep you in the know as to when they are coming and they are on time. For the service provided, I am really really impressed. Prices very reasonable/ I permitted them to fix what they recommended and was not disappointed. I would not hesitate to use this professional company again and highly recommend them

My spa wasn’t working and they were able to accommodate me quickly, efficiently and they have great prices too. Staff are friendly and very helpful, from the in store staff to the knowledgeable technicians. 10/10 would recommend!!!!
