I like the work environment enjoy the people I work with at the batch plant
This is an awesome company, but.... The way that they over work their employees is a shame. Over 80 hours a week, including Saturday. I think they expect alot from all plant workers without getting their own hands dirty. Another problem is that they're not hiring qualified workers, making it hard for others to do their jobs properly and in good time.
