Last time I was in for my tire change, Mychal was very polite and helpful with my service. I probably would’ve been very disgruntled with the wait had he not given such a positive interaction!
1 star for the service to my vehicle, a big 0 stars for the no service to the owner of my vehicle. Work on providing service to the owners of the vehicles instead of just leaving them in the lobby to chat with a AI Robot guessing when there vehicle is wrapped up and out of the shop and get rid of the smart-allic comments as well and than you will gain the 4 stars
Was going to come in and talk to the service manager, but will spare you that. My fiance came in recently for an oil change and free tire rotation. Mechanic department told her they couldn't get her tires off and that they couldn't legally let her take her truck since it's "unsafe". The guys there told her it'd be $3100 to pull off the tires and fix it. Due to her checking with myself, and others, she took her truck after knowing she can actually take her truck. Best service experience in a very long time. Drew was knowledgeable, honest and exceptionally helpful. The whole dealership was very friendly and welcoming!
