Was going to come in and talk to the service manager, but will spare you that. My fiance came in recently for an oil change and free tire rotation. Mechanic department told her they couldn't get her tires off and that they couldn't legally let her take her truck since it's "unsafe". The guys there told her it'd be $3100 to pull off the tires and fix it. Due to her checking with myself, and others, she took her truck after knowing she can actually take her truck.
