Very unprofessional. Cannot speak enough about how they stand on reputation until they have to. They don't want to find a resolution when they are wrong, just want to make sure you are "happy" because that is how they maintain their reputation. The work was not to the specs on the agreement and blacktop was only about an inch to an inch and a half in numerous places. We reached out a number of times to contact Mike for a resolution. Clark Myers paved part of my driveway last fall. During the winter, we had a problem with part of the driveway. A door to a garage shed wouldn't open for months during the winter. They have been totally unresponsive to phone calls and have left me with a cut in the driveway. We now are depending upon another contractor to fix it. They don't care about their work or their customers. If you hire them they will not stand behind their work. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

After listening to their song and dance about how much better they were than their competition because they "don't water down the sealant like the others," -- and they admitted they charge more than others because they do it right -- we hired them. NEVER AGAIN. They failed to seal a major spot in my driveway of about 3X2 feet, as well as two smaller spots. All of these areas are areas where one would walk into the house and see the sloppiness. I had previously hired this company to seal coat my driveway and they had done a great job. This past year I hired them again, and now will never do it again. Beyond the fact that they bumped the price $15 when they came to do the job, they left a spot in my driveway that was not there before they touched it. I had to call 3 separate times for the owner to come take a look. They clearly spread out the sealant too thin.
