This could have been a difficult process but Pierre made it easier. I had a design in mind that I wanted but found that it was too expensive. Pierre adjusted the design to bring the cost down to something more affordable. He was prepared and had all the necessary tools at his fingertips. Pierre was easy to talk to and very friendly
After my husband passed away, I was at a total loss. I wanted to remember, a remembrance for him, for me. I called, 2 days later I was at my kitchen table with a man from Clark's. I was dreading this part....needless to say; Mr. Tourney Jr. was just wonderful to me. He listened to what I wanted. About 20 minutes later, he had a design in front of me. It was just what I wanted.
