Applied for a CNA position. Was told that I dont meet the requirements even with being a state certified CNA with a clean background and a BLS CPR First Aid. I even have open availability to work all shifts. Spoke to Deanna in charge of HR and verbally told me that she didnt think I was a good fit. Discrimination much???
