I am a current resident of a MainVue home in Kent and, similar to many other reviews, I’ve experienced a number of issues with the quality of the build. My biggest concern is the interior and exterior paintwork — it’s far from what you’d expect from a brand-new 2025 construction. Inside the home, there are visible roller marks across many of the walls, and the exterior shows numerous patchy touch-up spots that make the paint job look rushed and inconsistent. I currently reside in the community. The water pressure in the community could be improved. It is not up to the standard one would expect. The builder keeps saying the pressure is according to the code but it isn’t sufficient and isn’t something you would expect from a builder like MainVue. Don’t get fooled by the initial water pressure psi reported in the inspection. It will go down once you move in MainVue isn’t a luxury home builder in my view with all these basic issues

Not satisfied with MainVue Homes in Clark Lake Ridge (98030). The flooring quality is disappointing—it feels cheap, scratches easily, and doesn’t reflect the premium standard promised. Landscaping was poorly done with uneven turf and dying plants. Paint work lacks durability with visible flaws. Water pressure is low (below 58 PSI), which affects daily use. Overall, the attention to detail and quality is not what I expected from a new construction home.
