STAY AWAY!!! MainVue was only attentative and efficient when selling the house, but once you move in, the service completely drops off. They’ve been extremely unresponsive to 12-month home warranty requests, making it frustrating to get even basic items addressed. It feels like they focus on selling homes, but put little effort into supporting homeowners after the sale. Very disappointing experience. I am still waiting MainVue to come and fix the issues…

I am a current resident of a MainVue home in Kent and, similar to many other reviews, I’ve experienced a number of issues with the quality of the build. My biggest concern is the interior and exterior paintwork — it’s far from what you’d expect from a brand-new 2025 construction. Inside the home, there are visible roller marks across many of the walls, and the exterior shows numerous patchy touch-up spots that make the paint job look rushed and inconsistent. I currently reside in the community. The water pressure in the community could be improved. It is not up to the standard one would expect. The builder keeps saying the pressure is according to the code but it isn’t sufficient and isn’t something you would expect from a builder like MainVue. Don’t get fooled by the initial water pressure psi reported in the inspection. It will go down once you move in MainVue isn’t a luxury home builder in my view with all these basic issues
