I had a smooth experience here all thanks to Susan!!! Idk much about cars, but Susan was incredibly patient and attentive. She explained everything in a way that actually made sense to me without being condescending, and she even went out of her way to help me with things she didn’t even have to do, like trying to help me figure out if my service could be covered by an extended warranty or my insurance (something I probably should’ve done on my own, but she went out of her way to help me do). Like always.. great customer service!. My salesman Josue was there and guide me through the process.. even though it was just a carwash. It was surprisingly pleasant and they have hot coffee! Thank you Josue the great experience.
What’s the point of making an appointment for an oil change at a certain time if they gonna start your vehicle almost 2 hrs later? I left upset and they didn’t even bother trying to fix the situation. Bad management!!! Service rep. seemed new but not knowledgeable at all. Won’t ever take my vehicle here again.
Save your time and money.Buy else where, I ordered hoses from this place and one was too short and the other too long. They wouldn’t accept a refund if the package was opened?!?! Even if it was their mistake they still want to charge a 35% restocking fee as well. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
