Dr. Clark, is an awesome doctor, he listened and was thoughtful and thorough, he evaluated all tests & quickly came up with a treatment plan and options he was very knowledgeable & professional. His nurses and staff were very kind & helpful, ultimate professionals. Thank you, US Army ret.

Dr. Clark and his staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Clark is very diligent and concerned about the well being of his patients. I highly recommend them.
Horrible office staff. When I got the appointment reminder I asked where the office is and was told “oh it’s in crestview” that was it. No actual address. I spent all morning calling and trying to figure out where in gods name this place is. It took me going to my primary care office and asking them if they could help. They FINALLY after 15 minutes got someone on the phone that gave the address. Too late though.
