Had an amazing initial conversation with this gentleman and then continued for weeks to try to get ahold of him with no response. I think the worst thing about it is that he actually gave me hope that he can help me and then completely avoided returning my calls.

I found he's great at MEDIATION because he understands people and has empathy. He finds ways to get people to agree. Plus his demeanor is calming and he's nonjudgmental. I recommend retaining Doug as MEDIATOR for high value matters that are emotionally and legally complicated. My wife Allison agrees.
