Super nice staff and so helpful
Didn't have a great experience last year when trying to get homeowners insurance for a new house. When I went under contract, I made contact and got a quote which I asked to proceed with. Fast forward to the week of closing and I found out that the agent I was communicating with (who was apparently in the Philippines?) never did anything. I ended up paying MORE than quoted in a rush and switched over to a local insurance company (with LOCAL people) after a few months.
My wife and I have been customers for about 6yrs now.. It had always been a great experience up until this last year. I have called the Raleigh office no less than 4 times over the past two weeks requesting a quote to add a boat to my policy each time I was told I would have a quote by end of business day. Nothing…. Furthermore, it appears they have now outsourced phone calls to the Philippines or Malaysia as no one from the local office ever answers or is available.
