Very glad to have found an ENT in NYC I can rely on. Dr. Huang’s office graciously squeezed me in for a last minute Friday afternoon appointment for ear pain. The front office staff were super friendly both over the phone and at the counter. Dr. Huang was extremely calm and competent. He worked efficiently but I never felt rushed. Cut to the chase- skip the wasted time in ERs-Receive respect, understanding and the correct diagnosis on the initial visit! For 9 days I experienced extreme nose bleeds that I never had before. After one virtual appointment, 2 trips to different ERs I called Dr. Huang. His patient and kind staff actively listened to my dilemma and scheduled me an appointment for the next day. Dr. Huang quite literally saved my health. After developing a severe sphenoid sinus inflammation, I spent over six weeks going from the emergency room to my primary care doctor and multiple ENTs. Despite worsening symptoms, no one took cultures to identify the correct antibiotic, and no one fully connected my symptoms to the underlying cause.
