The people that take care of this place. Jump on all problems. No one is ignored and everyone is taken care of. The people renting apartments have created a friendly community.

The elevators are always being repaired - usually there's just 1 working. Seems like it is a bit out dated, needs a good scrubbing.. Although there's "No Smoking".. it always has old smoke smell.. Finding parking is usually a task... I've NEVER seen an actual work staff / office person. The (food) menu posted by the door seems appetizing.
