The elevators are always being repaired - usually there's just 1 working. Seems like it is a bit out dated, needs a good scrubbing.. Although there's "No Smoking".. it always has old smoke smell.. Finding parking is usually a task... I've NEVER seen an actual work staff / office person. The (food) menu posted by the door seems appetizing.

Very nice people
Although I do not live there I often times visit a friend living there. People there are quite pleasant and friendly. I have met several tenants and speak with them often.
