We woke up to no heat, and Arctic Rhapsody HVAC was there almost immediately! Located in Sodus, NY, their team is super friendly and incredibly fast. I recommend them 100%! I am so impressed with this local company. Called at 7:30 Columbus Day morning, they had a tech here before 9. Imagine my surprise. Tom was knowledgeable, thorough and went above and beyond. The price was more than reasonable. He even let my grandson observe. They will definitely be my go-to heating company.
