This is a small but reliable company. Ken is prompt, courteous and very professional. He has replaced my furnace, my ac unit and handles my maintenance. He has always been here in an emergency, and has always resolved any issue I had. I highly recommend them, I give them a five star rating!
Always immediately responsive, reliable, communicates about choices and costs. Have used Clark for years and have only great things to say about their service. They cover 2 boilers and a furnace for me on a regular basis and have been brilliantly responsive in emergencies (accidental freeze in a rental unit, for example).
