Technicians are good, but front office doing scheduling couldn't be more inflexible. Home gas system is shutoff due to leak. Leak now fixed and looking for Thompson to turn us back on. Called at 4pm and their best-guess on when they could come out was "in the next 3-4 days". Next morning at 9am they call and say "we'll be there at 10am (1 hr notice), take it or leave it...if not, might be several days before we can get there".
