Very nice at first and told me I had a very strong case. However, once the first offer was made from the insurance company's lawyer, they're threatening to drop me as a client if I didn't accept the low ball offer. My perception is they are not capable of going against Chicago lawyers, seemed very intimidated and submissive to insurance company lawyers.
