Truck Held Traffic Back In One Lane Traffic – On the evening of 3/11/2011 one of Clark Freight Lines trucks, truck #R53958 with a Pasadena tag #327950 held traffic back to 5 to 10 miles an hour for approximately 15 miles. This happened where the construction starts between Ardmore & the Texas line. I was behind the truck along with about 40 other vehicles.
