I’ve tried to schedule a new puppy visit and got multiple different prices on the puppy pack. When asked why they were different and trying to explain what was sent to me through text the receptionist name Lisa hung up on me mid conversation and kept getting upset and angry.
Me and my husband had a really bad experience with our prior vet. When we decided to get two new dogs we were worried we couldn't find good care because of our prior experience. Reaching out to coworkers I discovered all of them were taking their pets to Clark Fork. We decided to start with our heard of cats. The dedication, compassion, and experience was unbelievable. Very caring staff.
It really hurts me to write a poor review, but I'm not sure we will be returning to this clinic. I've used CFVC in the past. I'm a mobile veterinary nurse with 20 years of experience in the field. When traveling through, I have used this clinic without a hiccup, though these were things like vaccines and not pressing medical issues. Last week, I awoke to find my dog in severe distress.
