After years of customer loyalty they no longer want your business not returning calls, not answering the phone, people like me keeping them in business now give you a big middle finger. They no longer keep parts for you vehicle they want to go all electric I say i can go elsewhere and maybe one day they will be begging for customers to come back and they will have to shut their doors like they shut the door in our faces,
I bought a new Ford Transit from there. Immediately I started having engine issues. I discovered they had over filled my engine oil. Draining the excess out didn't fix the problem. I contacted my sales person about it. I scheduled a time to have them fix it. I run an HVAC business and it's costly for me to empty all tools and parts from the van to take it there. BUYER BEWARE. Behind our backs, they were planning to keep our truck instead of sending it back to Ford credit as promised, as it was a lease return. They insisted it wasn't worth what we wanted for it, and that they did not want the truck, but... they convinced us to leave it with them, even though it belonged to us for another month, and ended up planning to sell it for more than we were asking for it - without telling us, or should I say, very purposely omitting that information. Pete Bruno was great at Fred Beans of Exton! I told him exactly what car I wanted with the features I wanted and he found me exactly it AND at a better price than other dealerships. Joe, his manager, was also great and helped make buying a new car a smooth transition!
The big problem here is they take way too long to get work done. I dropped off on a Monday at 8 am and didn't hear from them until Thursday at lunch just to hear what the repairs would be. Then I didn't get it back until the following Wednesday morning for what was really just a minor repair/replacement in the turbo. You can't reach them by phone because their phones literally don't work (service department claims they have no idea about this but it was like this for at least a week) and they never call you back.
