It was fairly obvious that she was simply unfamiliar with anything that wasn't straight cut text book divorce but I thought all the boxes had been checked since mine was a simple divorce. Do you want a divorce attorney who refuses to help with deed changes or anything else that is part of your final judgment? Hire this woman. How about one who believes her retainer agreement supersedes a judge’s own writing? Hire this woman. I hired Ms. Clark years ago due to a dispute in my divorce settlement. $7000 later, I wouldn't say I was fully happy but could've been worse. 4 years later, I have $600 left on credit and now trying to get that measly bit back is impossible. No one is answering my emails or voice-mail. I got her secretary FINALLY on the phone last month and was told "Invoices will be mailed out in January".
