We bought a Clark family homes. 5/2024.WARNING be careful don’t deal with Tami Reed.I was on their website ,looking at what things came in the house. I took a screenshot of the list which has the date of the screenshot. The night before we were sent the contract which had the list. It looked identical.I missed the one line that was changed from the night before. We were told we need this signed and sent back ASAP.So we signed it.
