RIP OFF!!!!!!! Over a year ago had one vehicle detailed. Okay job. Nothing great/nothing bad. Young man (good salesman) talks me into buying a car wash package (1 wash/mo for 1 year) told I could easily go beyond 1 year w/o paying more. I exceeded 1 year (still had a several hundred dollar balance) owner tried to tell me I would forfeit this "left over" (from previous year) money.
