I called Mike out to look at a problem we thought had been caused by his installation. Mike dug up the pipe to the tank and said he'd cover the repairs. He dug more and we found that a pipe had been damaged by a tree root over many years. It had nothing to do with his install. He bought over 100.00 worth of pipes and couplers, plus spent about 5 hours working and digging.We forced him to take payment. If I could give him a higher rating I would. His work ethic and standing behind his work is incomparable.
