They started a job for us and did great work but then when we needed them to come back at the end of our renovation we could not get them to return multiple phone calls and text messages. 3 weeks of calls and messages and no response. Terrible customer service and they don’t seem to care since they have a full plate. As a small business owner myself I know it is hard to stay on top of everything, but responding to customers is fundamental!! Do better Clark!
